Meet our Client Care team
Jean Lund: Jean is a born and raised Vermonter and works as one of the BEVS Client Care supervisors. She has two dogs named Lucy and Mable, two cats, and spent many years taking care of a horse as well! Jean loves to travel and spend time with family.
Kirstin Carey: Kirstin is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, and went to college and grad school in New York City. She has been in Burlington and with BEVS since July 2020. Kirstin is now one of the Client Care supervisors! Halle, her funny-mouthed 3-year-old Pit, has an unending list of aliases including Princess Pig, Squish, and Linda Evangelista.
Anna Pelkey: Anna has been at BEVS for 10 months. She is studying wildlife and fisheries biology and will be graduating a semester early this fall. Anna has 3 pets: River the Siberian husky, an impulse cat adoption named Emilia/Emmy, and a cranky old lady of a cat named Bailey. She loves to do anything outdoors, especially kayaking with River (except when she tips the kayak).
Felicia Potts-Warren: Felicia has been a part of the BEVS Client Care team for almost three months. She has two pets, a cat named Daisy and a pup named Happy. She enjoys painting, camping, and anything involving nature. She also loves spending time with her kiddo and her partner.
Kerrigan Davis: Kerrigan has been with BEVS for a little under a year and a half. She has two cats named Shakira (orange) and Ahsoka (brown). When she is not at work or playing with her cats, Kerrigan enjoys reading, playing video games, and weightlifting. She is incredibly happy to be a part of the BEVS community!
Maddy Mackintosh: Maddy joined the BEVS team in 2018 as an extern while getting her Veterinary Technician degree from VTC. As a Certified Veterinary Technician, she has worked in the BEVS ER, ICU, and Client Care departments. Maddy has a 3-year-old Golden Retriever named Finnley and five adorable chickens. She loves gardening, camping, hiking, and reading a good book.
Whitney Brown: Whitney Brown moved to Williston two months ago from Florida with her boyfriend and she is already loving the Vermont lifestyle. She is originally from Texas, y’all! Whitney has two babes, a pup named Kevin, and a cat named Abby. She is looking forward to her new endeavor with the BEVS team!
Shanna Kane: Shanna started at BEVS a few weeks ago and is very excited to be a part of the team! She has two pugs named Frankie and Benson. Her favorite things are Harry Potter, traveling, reading, shopping, and puppies.
