COVID-19 Safety Protocols
The coronavirus (COVID-19) has created a number of challenges for all of our families, both personally and professionally. Our first priority is to keep you, your family, and your pets safe until this public health concern is stabilized. We appreciate your support and cooperation during this challenging time.
As of February 2022, we are allowing pet owners into our building. Masks are now optional. Please call us at 802-863-2387 before you leave home so we can prepare for your arrival, then call again when you arrive.
Caring for the Most Critical Patients First
There are times when we may experience a high demand for emergency veterinary services. When that is the case, we will use the below triage priority levels to care for the most critically injured or ill pets first.
Medication Refills
For your convenience, we continue to request that prescription refills happen via phone. Please call us at 802-863-2387 and we can collect payment via a credit card over the phone. Refill requests may take 24-48 hours, so please plan ahead before you run out.
Precautions for Sick Humans
Rest assured that we have protocols in place to allow team members that feel ill to stay home and rest. We also ask that any pet owners that are ill to stay at home and have a healthy family member or friend bring an ill or injured animal to the hospital.
These are unprecedented and constantly changing times. Please be patient with us as we, like you, navigate through this uncharted territory. Call us anytime at 802-863-2387 if you have questions.
