New Service Offering – Neurology Teleconsults
Our Neurology Telehealth Consult Service is a veterinarian-to-veterinarian phone consultation with our board-certified neurologist. This service is intended to support referring veterinarians in cases where updated guidance is needed but an in-person visit may not be feasible or necessary.
The consult includes:
- A comprehensive review of all submitted medical records and diagnostics
- Differential diagnoses supported by clinical reasoning
- Evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Complete documentation for your medical records
This is a formal medical service billed directly to the referring hospital and is typically completed within 48 hours of receiving all required materials.
To proceed:
- Complete a Neurology Telehealth Referral via our online portal: https://bevsvt.com/referring-veterinarian-portal/
- Upload all relevant medical records and imaging
Once we receive the completed referral form, our referral coordinator will contact your office to schedule the phone consult with our neurologist. These appointments are currently available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM. Please note that referrals received on Thursdays will not receive a response until Monday at the earliest, as the team operates Monday-Thursday.
If you have any questions about the process or would like assistance submitting your request, please don’t hesitate to contact our referral coordinator at (802) 863-2387 (option 3) or info@bevsvt.com.
