Specialty Consultation Appointments
Registration Deposit Required

  • A deposit is required when scheduling specialty consultation appointments
  • This deposit is applied toward your consultation fee
  • Fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice
  • Non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule, or no-show with less than 24 hours notice

Surgery and Procedure Appointments
Procedure Deposit Required

  • A deposit is required for all admitted surgeries, procedures, and diagnostic appointments
  • This deposit is applied as a credit toward your final bill
  • Fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice
  • Non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule, or no-show with less than 24 hours notice

Recheck Appointments

  • No deposit required for recheck appointments
  • Standard cancellation policies apply

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Our Commitment to You

Our veterinary team’s time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments disrupt patient care and prevent us from helping other pets in need. This policy ensures we can provide timely care to all our patients.

Policy Details

First Offense: You will be notified of our cancellation policy when scheduling your next appointment.

Second Offense: After repeated cancellations or no-shows, we may require prepayment for future appointments to help ensure appointment availability for all our patients.

Payment Information
Appointment Scheduling

  • Deposits must be collected at the time of scheduling or within 8 hours of booking
  • If no deposit is received within 8 hours, your appointment may be cancelled
  • Our Client Care team will assist you with payment processing

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit and debit cards
  • CareCredit financing is available
  • Deposits can be processed separately from final service payments

Billing

  • All deposits are applied as credits toward your final bill
  • Registration fees and procedure deposits are not additional costs when appointments are completed
  • Detailed invoices will be provided for all services
