When to call

If you are concerned about your pet, we recommend starting with your veterinarian who can provide you with an initial physical exam, diagnostics and treatment information. We are available as another resource for you and your veterinarian based upon your pet’s diagnosis and needed treatment. We will communicate with your veterinarian at the time your appointment is made to ensure we have the necessary information to best serve you and your pet. You can schedule an appointment with us at any time; we are open 24 hours a day. Surgery appointments are available Monday through Thursday, and on a case-by-case basis on Friday and weekends.

Consultation

After referral from your veterinarian, we will schedule a consultation as the first step of the process. We will perform a full physical examination, review all medical records and then discuss the diagnosis. Both surgical and non-surgical options available for your pet will be reviewed and we will educate you on the different treatment options available as well as the prognosis and care required for each. We will work together to be sure we make the best decisions for your family as a whole. Your pets’ health and well-being are our number one concern.

Same day surgery is often available depending on the case.

Our surgical team is also available to perform emergency procedures if you are seen through our emergency service.
