What to expect

Sometimes our ER is very busy and there may be a wait. A technician will always triage your pet in the lobby. If your pet’s condition is critical a doctor will do an exam immediately and appropriate treatments/diagnostics will be recommended. Stable patients will be seen in order of arrival. At no time will your pet be unattended and our staff will keep you involved during the treatment process.
